This is a challenging lesson. Make sure you have time to work on it! You will learn a lot if you practice the material (hard).

Here is a "Blues Super Pack". A whole bunch of stuff on the blues. There are two videos, one is embedded here and talks briefly about what this is. The second is attached and looks at the two etudes also attached here. 

• Etude 1 is a line etude

• Etude 2 is a chord etude

• There is audio on the 3 blues scales in a solo, 1 chorus of each

• There is a solo to transcribe. It starts out simple and then gets more complex. If it's hard for you just transcribe the first chorus or two. When I say transcribe I mean figure out by ear. You don't have to write it out. Probably better not to, at least at first. 

Memorize as much as you can of the etudes and try to move them into different keys.

I think in a way this is a six month study if you do things right, but I do think you will learn a ton here!
